Vision Therapy for Children

If your child has trouble reading or learning, he or she will very likely benefit from Vision Therapy. But, not all vision problems show up as reading problems. If your child seems hyperactive and has difficulty paying attention at school, complains about frequent headaches or nausea, is clumsy or has difficulty catching a ball, has very poor handwriting, or needs lots of breaks at homework time – your child may have an underlying vision problem.

The good news is, once these signs and symptoms are addressed by professional Vision Therapy, children often improve their academic performance and develop stronger self esteem. Not only do they become better readers, but they actually want to read! They get less fatigued at school, improve their reading comprehension skills, become better test takers, and even improve in their athletic abilities.
